In this module, you’re going to reflect on who you are as an athlete and as a person. This is an opportunity to think clearly about your life and your career, and how to take control of both.
There are three units in this module. In Unit 1, you’ll learn how to become your own best coach. In Unit 2, you’ll learn to separate yourself from your results and assess your character and values. In Unit 3, you’ll explore your self-limiting tendencies and how to overcome them.
Personal mastery is about focusing on who you are and strengthening the aspects of yourself that translate to consistent and successful performances. Let’s get started.
