Due to the digital nature of our products and online coaching services, the following refund policy applies.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of purchase.
After access to digital content has been granted, refunds may not be approved unless otherwise stated on the product sales page.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of A-game coaching L.L.C-FZ.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Cancellation requests made after digital access has been granted may not be eligible for refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Downloaded digital products
- Completed coaching sessions
- Courses substantially accessed
